Butterfly Trout – pan fried with sweet cherry tomatoes and olive oil and served on a pool of creamy prawn and dill sauce
Braised Beef – with new potatoes tossed in fresh garlic, thyme and cracked black pepper and smothered in a red wine reduction with the braised beef stock
