To Start...

Soup – freshly prepared and seasoned to perfection with a crusty bread roll and butter

Chicken Satay - tossed in ginger, chilli, Piri piri and garlic served with a Peanut sauce and white wine
vinegar dressed red onion and cucumber salad

Lemon Sole – rolled and cooked with a coriander and Lime butter, served on a bed of peppery rocket
leaves, wedge of lemon and another knob of the butter to add that added kick

Galia Melon – served with a delicious apple, raspberry and strawberry confit to lift this dish off the plate


For Main...

Sirloin steak - served with sautéed onions, mushrooms and tomatoes or a red wine or pepper sauce, cooked on our char grill to give that char taste to lock in all of those beautiful juices

Chicken Breast – caramelised with sugar and served on a bed of creamy mash potato, crispy bacon snippets and a Bulmers cider sauce

Pancakes – stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables, tomato sauce and melted gruyere cheese oozing out of these homemade savoury cakes

Butterfly Trout – pan fried with sweet cherry tomatoes and olive oil and served on a pool of creamy prawn and dill sauce

Braised Beef – with new potatoes tossed in fresh garlic, thyme and cracked black pepper and smothered in a red wine reduction with the braised beef stock
